Waiting for the food to arrive

Telling us "humph! I don't want!"

Weekend market in Sarlat

It took us 4 hours to reach Sarlat by car and another hour from there to arrive at beautiful, breath-taking Rocamadour.
In Sarlat we managed to shop along its large weekend market and have lunch in a cozy restaurant where Nyx even had her own "bambino" kids menu.  It rained quite a fair bit but we continued touring this very old town before making our way to Rocamadour.
In this medieval tourist spot, we had to take a huge lift down to the town area where the shops
and chapel are located.  It was a pity it started pouring so heavily so we had to cut our trip short at this beautiful place where the black madonna resides and start the tiring long drive back home again.
