Trip to barcelona



















Although the weather in Barcelona wasn't all too great while we were there since last Friday, we still had a very enjoyable time and continued visiting places despite the rain.  We met up with Michelle, Cheryl and Lynn there and I finally got to try out Tapas.  Really like an European version of Dim Sum.

My Sculptra Journey with Halley Medical Aesthetics: Final Review (Fourth Visit)

  Since the start of my Sculptra treatment at Halley Medical Aesthetics till the final review with Dr. Terence Tan , I must say I’m very impressed and the results exceeded my expectations. I should point out that I initially didn’t expect much work to be done and was just happy where I was. But the fact is, we don’t know what we don’t know. And that’s why there are experts right? Laser Treatment with IDS Clinic  Isn't it true? When we see an improvement to our skin over time we can get into the mindset that its good enough and that's the routine that we need to stick to. Contrary to that, our skin is constantly ageing and taking longer to regenerate as we get older.
