I'm a strong believer that consistency is what allows us to see and experience change. This applies very much to exercise, nutrition and of course skincare.  That consistency and diligence to following a programme is key, but the effectiveness of it is also crucial in order for us to see any positive changes and to be able to sustain these changes. I first visited IDS Clinic over 3 months ago where I had my skin assessed by the Dr. Ian Tan and the clinic assistants. Only then were they able to prescribe a customised set of IDS Skincare products for me to take home.  I visited their outlet at Novena Specialist Center at 8 Sinaran Drive because it's more convenient for me and really like the set up of the clinic too.
