That Mom Of Four

The girls took part in their first ever Shape Run this year and thanks to Skechers and the amazingly comfortable kicks that they wore to train and race in, they thoroughly enjoyed the runs and training sessions with me to prepare them for the event on the 19th of August. Happy race finishers! No matter how often you receive flowers, it just never gets old and always lifts your spirits. Having fresh flowers around us doesn’t just give us a mood boost whether you’re the receiver or if you bought it yourself, the bright colours and the scent also brighten up the surroundings at the same time. Being the receiver is an added bonus because it shows that someone cares for you and thought of you. It’s does wonder for our well-being in other ways too. Did you know? The scent of fresh flowers can lower stress levels and relieve headaches and tension.  Even though I knew I was going to receive a bouquet of flowers from Floral Garage Singapore , I still couldn’t help but feel so delighted when the gorgeous floral arrangement arrived.
