Shape Run with Skechers Gorun 600™ and Flex Trainer - Cross Culture

The girls took part in their first ever Shape Run this year and thanks to Skechers and the amazingly comfortable kicks that they wore to train and race in, they thoroughly enjoyed the runs and training sessions with me to prepare them for the event on the 19th of August.

We chose and picked up our shoes from the store located at B2 in Ngee Ann City aome recently and the kids had an enjoyable time trying out the various designs and colours before deciding on the ones they wanted.

Nyla chose the Flex Trainer - Cross Culture and I’m not surprised. It’s in a colour she loves too.

Even when it was really hot on certain days, the girls and I had happy feet because of the sandwich mesh fabric and synthetic upper Comfortable lightweight and well-ventilated Upper design Sole of the GOrun 600™️ that kept our feet cool with its breath ability. The shoes’ are well-cushioned and it’s lightweight design makes it well suited for a variety of workouts not just for running but also gym-based training. 

When I was training in these runners with the kids, I really appreciated it’s 5GEN®️ midsole material that provided comfort and response. It’s well-padded smooth heel collar and lining also increases the comfort level for whoever wears it.


Where I usually would quickly change out of my shoes to my flip flops right after a run or training session, I didn’t feel the need to with these shoes.

Definitely something I can see myself walking in even on non-training days.

The Flex Trainer - Cross Culture

Nyla loves wearing her pair of Flex Trainer - Cross Culture so much because it’s soft woven mesh fabric and smooth slip-on socks fit just hugged her feet without that tight or stiff feel from most shoes. 

Amongst the four of my girls, Nyla is the fashionista and the most picky when it comes to choosing clothes and shoes, but she gives this athletic sporty design of the Flex Trainer two thumbs up! 




With synthetic side overlays for added stability and stretch fabric bands across the instep for added stay-put comfort, she really enjoyed the runs we went on together. It was so easy for her to slip on the shoes by herself with the Sock-Fit design. The Gel-Infused Memory Foam gave her feet more cushioned comfort at the insole and it’s Super flexible articulated midsole design allows for more freedom of movement too.

The IDS (Innovative Dermatological Solutions) Journey - Third Visit

Laser Treatment with IDS Clinic  Isn't it true? When we see an improvement to our skin over time we can get into the mindset that its good enough and that's the routine that we need to stick to. Contrary to that, our skin is constantly ageing and taking longer to regenerate as we get older.
