Kai Kai day to Bordeaux





We met up with our friends to have lunch at Lee Jiang Chinese restaurant in Bordeaux  centre ville today, then did abit of shopping.  Interesting fact, the chef at Lee Jiang which is owned by a Yue Nan lady is a French man who learnt asain cooking in Thailand for 2 years.

Laser Treatment with IDS Clinic  Isn't it true? When we see an improvement to our skin over time we can get into the mindset that its good enough and that's the routine that we need to stick to.
