Splashtastic Saturday at The Sportshub

Thank you @sgsportshub for a Splashtastic Saturday morning when I got to try out the Stingray for the first time! Got my core work done for the day!

We even got to experience an Aqua Zumba class after all the thrills on the ride.

If you haven’t tried the Stingray and the Lazy River at The Sportshub yet, you absolutely have to try it out!

Laser Treatment with IDS Clinic  Isn't it true? When we see an improvement to our skin over time we can get into the mindset that its good enough and that's the routine that we need to stick to.
